The petitioner is awaiting decision of the respondent No.2 on a proposal forwarded by the Management for grant of approval to his transfer effected under Rule 41 and 41A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 since 06.04.2022. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 - Joint Director of Education, to consider the proposal on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks, however, without referring to the Government Resolution dated 29.04.2024 and the Circular dated 03.10.2024 as this Court has been consistently directing.
