The application is by the original claimants for bringing on record the legal heirs of original claimant/applicant No. 3 - Bhujang Vishnu Garad. Applicant Nos. 3A to 3C are his legal heirs. The deceased died on 17.3.2023. It is stated that the applicant Nos. 3A to 3C are the only legal heirs of the deceased. There is delay of 3587 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. The appellant to carry out the necessary amendment showing the legal representatives of deceased in the title clause of the appeal and applications, if any, within four weeks from today. The application is disposed of.
