This matter is moved for addition of a clause in respect of the bail amount in the order dated 19th April, 2024. 3.

Learned advocate for the Applicant submits that in the aforesaid order, there is no reference of bail amount. 4.

We have perused the order dated 19th April, 2024 passed in the Criminal Application No. 1675 of 2024. In continuation of the said

2 APPLN1675.2024.odt order, the following clause is added in the operative order which be read as (iii) : - (iii) "The Applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing Surety Bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand). Since the Applicant is hospitalized, we are not issuing directions for executing the PR bond."

Clause no. (iii) is in respect of disposal of application, which be read as clause no. (iv).

Addition be carried out accordingly and corrected order be uploaded.
