The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are owners of the land. Their land is affected under the service road, however without taking up acquisition proceedings the respondents are intending to issue the work order even in respect of the land of the petitioners.

The petitioners have filed representation on 01.03.2018 to respondent no 3.

Considering the above, we pass following order.

Respondent no. 3 shall take decision upon the representation filed by the petitioners (ExhibitC, Page No. 32) dated 01.03.2018 on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (2) months from today.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
