The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that whatever are the statutory registration stamp fees, the Petitioner would deposit the same. The learned AGP submits that the statutory registration stamp fee has to be deposited, in terms of proviso B and C below Section 46 (Article 46) of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958.

The Petitioner is agreeable.

With the above statements having been recorded, this Writ Petition is disposed off expecting the concerned authorities to initiate action within 45 days after the Petitioner deposits the requisite stamp fees.
