DATED : 2nd JULY, 2015 P.C. :- Mr. Rodge, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the Head Master i.e. respondent No.4 has submitted a proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners. However, the same has not yet been decided by the Education Officer. Learned A.G.P. submits that if the said proposal is pending, the Education Officer shall decide it on its own merits. In the light of that, in case the proposal submitted by respondent No.4 is pending with the Education Officer (secondary), (Exhibit H Collectively), then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within five months.
