The learned Advocates for the respective sides jointly submit that this petition is connected with Writ Petition Nos.3922/2005 and 3923/2005 which have been decided by this Court by the judgment dated 24.08.2016. The Respondent herein is identically placed employee as like the two Respondents in the above stated petitions. As such, the same judgment is required to be passed in this petition. Considering the fact that by the judgment dated 24.08.2016, Writ Petition Nos.3922/2005 and 3923/2005 have been allowed, this petition also stands allowed on the same terms/ directions passed in the said judgment.
