We have heard Mr. Ambetkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The basic prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondent Nos. 3 and 5 to decide application dated 07.11.2017 and to recover the cost amount from the Sarpanch and Gram Sevak of village Kanhur Pathar, Tq. Parner, Dist. Ahmednagar. 2.
After hearing Mr. Ambetkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Zaware, the learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad, it appears that pursuant to the application of the petitioner, further steps were taken by the Zilla Parishad. The Zilla Parishad had made necessary inquiry and even directions were given to institute criminal cases against the delinquent. It is submitted that

those persons have assailed those orders before this Court and this Court passed interim orders.

In light of the above, it cannot be said that pursuant to the application of the petitioner, the respondents have not taken any steps.

In view of that, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.
In view of the disposal of the writ petition, nothing survives in the Civil Application. The Civil Application also stands disposed of.
