In my view, arguable case has been made out to entertain the application seeking leave to file Appeal against the impugned Judgment and order passed by the trial Court. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.

Appeal be registered and place for admission on 13/06/2017.
