The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 1036 days caused due their poor fnancial condition. The learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 as well as the learned counsel for respondent No.3-Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application. 3.
As such, for the reasons stated in the application and considering statutory right of the applicants the delay of 1036 days caused in fling First Appeal against award dated 04/03/2016 in LAR No. 244 of 2011 stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay. Application is accordingly disposed of. 4.
Appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
