The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact, the petitioners were requesting for initiating acquisition proceedings. However, wrong prayer clauses have been made. 2.

We find that the Petition Memo also contains contrary and different facts.

The learned Counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with regard to the acquisition proceedings to be taken up by the respondents in respect of Land Survey No. 35 at village Ambad.
