These are the applications filed by claimants for withdrawal of amount along with accrued interest deposited by the respondents/acquiring body.

Admittedly, in connected matter, this Court has permitted to claimants to withdraw the compensation amount vide order dated 28.06.2024 passed in civil application No.5675/2024 in FA/1480/2021.

In the light of above, civil application is allowed. 4.

Applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance 25% amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized Bank to be renewed from time to time till disposal of first appeals. [NITIN B.
