This court under order dated 2.11.2017 directed the appellant to deposit the deficit court fees but did not evoke result. Deficit court fees has not been deposited on behalf of the appellant. Accordingly, Registry to take requisite steps for recovery of the court fees, as arrears of land revenue. In case compensation amount is not disbursed in favour of the appellant, the deficit court fees would be recovered from the same. First Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
