Heard Mr.Tapse, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that petitioner can approach the Committee constituted under the Circular dated 13.10.2015.

The petitioner it appears seeks implementation of the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the said order is not implemented. For redressal of such grievances, the Committee is constituted under Circular dated 13.10.2015. The petitioner may approach the said Committee for redressal of his grievance. If an application is made to the Committee, the Committee shall take decision upon it expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
