Heard learned counsel for applicants and the learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Perused the award.

Learned AGP has pointed out certain irregularities regarding interest awarded under Section 28 of the Land Acquisition Act.

Considering this aspect, permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount subject to the filing of written undertaking, within the period of twelve weeks from the date of passing of this order, to re-deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this court. 4.

The balance amount shall be invested in any Nationalized Bank, till the final hearing of this appeal.

Both Civil Applications are disposed of.
