Learned A.P.P. submitted that in view of the order dated 08th September, 2025, Police Inspector of Bhusawal Taluka Police Station has obtained death certificates of both the appellants and handed over the same to him through communication dated 24th September, 2025. Accordingly, learned A.P.P., vide pursis dated 07th October, 2025, has tendered across the bar those certificates. The same are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purposes.

On perusal of the report of the Police Inspector as well as the death certificates of the appellants on record, it reveals that both the appellants expired on 13th February, 2008 and 07th May, 2017, respectively. As such, the appeal is disposed of as abated. Pending criminal application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
