This civil application has been moved seeking extension of time for cross examination of non applicant No.1 - original plaintiff, since the time granted by this Court for cross examination vide order dated 6th April, 2015, to deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- and to conduct cross examination of plaintiff within a period of three weeks from the date of deposit of costs, commences and expires during summer vacations to the Court.

Learned advocate for the applicants as such, requests that the period for conducting cross examination of the plaintiff be

As such, looking at that the period for conducting cross examination of the plaintiff, as referred to in the order dated 6th April, 2015 shall be considered to be a period of three weeks from reopening of the trial court, after summer vacations. 4.

Civil application stands disposed of.
