Leave to split prayer clause (B). The prayer for amendment be included in Prayer Clause (B). The request/prayer for mandatory injunction, be included in prayer clause (B-1). 2.

We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

The Writ Petition is yet to be admitted. Though the Respondents opposed the prayer for amendment, since the Petition is not yet admitted, if the amendment is granted, the Respondents would get an opportunity of filing their affidavits in reply to the amended petition or a composite affidavit in reply.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (B).

Amendment in terms of prayer Clause (B) shall be carried out, on or before 3rd July, 2024. A freshly typed amended copy of the Writ Petition memo shall also be filed on or before 3rd July, 2024 and copies be supplied to the colleague Advocates.

The Respondents are at liberty to file composite affidavit in reply, if not already filed or additional affidavit in reply in view of the amended portion of the Writ Petition, on or before 12th July, 2024. 7.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner prays that leave to place on record a freshly typed synopsis, may be granted. Request accepted.

List the Writ Petition for admission hearing on 16th July, 2024.
