We have heard Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Deshpande, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 at length. Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner amongst other submissions made, submits that, one post has become vacant after filing of petition. 2.

The petitioner has alternatively prayed that, the petitioner has given representation dated 13.02.2015 and same be decided within one month from the date of order. Considering the nature of the petition, we feel it appropriate to grant prayer clause "C".

In the light of the above, we pass following order. 4.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall decide the representation dated 13.02.2015 filed by the petitioner within one month from today on its own merits and in accordance with law. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. 5.

It is made clear that, we have disposed of the petition on the alternative prayer. We have not considered the merits of submissions of the respective parties.
