By this motion for speaking to the minutes of the Oral Judgment dated 26.08.2016, the Petitioner submits that erroneously the Education Officer (Primary) has been mentioned in the cause title. The description should be Education Officer (Secondary). So also, the title of Respondent No.2 which contains the word "Prathamik" should read as "Madhyamik".

The learned AGP does not oppose.
