These matters pertain to seeking promotion to the posts of Centre Incharge (Kendra Pramukh) and Cluster Head. 2.
The learned Advocates representing the Zilla Parishad establishments submit that the requests of these petitioners can be considered in accordance with the policies, Government Resolutions and the rules applicable, on their own merits. 3.
In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. If the Zilla Parishads have initiated the process with regards to filling in the vacancies of Kendra Pramukh/Cluster Head, the said procedure shall be completed without any delay.
