2] Heard Shri R.P.Mote, learned counsel for applicant and Shri S.N.Morampalle, learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State. Perused record.

3] Vide order dated 4.4.2016 non-bailable warrant was issued against applicant/appellant. Same was executed. Since one week he is in judicial custody.

crap2256.16 4] Learned counsel for applicant submits that he is ready to work out the appeal of 2001 at any time.

5] Considering the reasons assigned in the application and in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for applicant, this court is inclined to allow the application. Hence the following order.

O R D E R

(i) Criminal Application No. 2256 of 2016 is allowed.

(ii) Applicant-Ashok Rama Yeshode is released on fresh bail in S.B. and P.B. of Rs.15,000/- each. (iii) Bail before the Trial Court.

(iv) Humdast allowed.
