These Civil Applications were heard for sometime. After this Court expressed it's disinclination, the learned Advocate for the applicant took instructions from the applicant present in the Court and sought leave to withdraw these Civil Applications.

The learned Advocate for the original petitioners submits that these petitioners are willing to pardon the applicant, which was the cause of their termination and are willing to make the statement that the cost imposed on him, should not be entered in his service record.

We find from the pleadings that the applicant claims to be unaware about the judgment delivered by this Court in the case of Vishnu Shahurao Bangar Vs. The Divisional Controller, Writ Petition No.3772/2019, decided on 26.09.2019, that was circulated to the entire MSRTC offices. He blindly followed the circular No. 4 of 2020 dated
23.01.2020 by which the Corporation mandated that such employees should be terminated.

The applicant makes a statement that the judgment of this Court would be implemented in letters and spirit within 15 days from the date on which the original petitioners submit their medical fitness certificates. 5.
Considering the above, the imposition of the costs on the applicant, would not be recorded in his service book.

In view of the above, these Civil Applications are disposed off as withdrawn.
