Learned counsel for respondents no. 1 to 3 submits that the present petition is filed against the interim order passed by the Industrial Court, Latur. Now, the main complaint itself is decided. The Municipal Council has filed Writ Petition No. 595/2006 challenging the order passed by the Industrial Court. The same is admitted and pending.
