During the course of hearing when this Court has expressed disinclination to allow the writ petition, the learned counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel submits that the suit is of the year 2014 and the Petitioner / original Plaintiff has also filed the affidavit of evidence in the year 2015. The learned counsel submits that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit expeditiously. In view of the above, leave granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The Trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months.
