1. Learned Counsel for both the parties alongwith Applicant and Respondent are present and filed 'Compromise Memo'. Applicant and Respondent arrived at settlement and therefore Applicant is seeking to withdraw the Revision Application filed before this Court.
2. The Compromise Memo is signed by the Applicant as well as Respondent appended with the affidavit of both the parties duly sworn before the Officers of this Court.

3. On perusal of Compromise Memo, it is clear that the parties have settled their dispute out of the Court. Accordingly, the Applicant could be permitted to withdraw the present Revision Application unconditionally. The Compromise Memo is admitted and marked 'X' for identification.
4. In view of the terms of Compromise submitted by the parties, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw the present Revision Application.
5. The Revision Application stands dismissed as withdrawn in view of the Compromise filed by the parties.
