Learned advocate fr the respondent no. 2 - Commissioner of Municipal Corporation at Nanded submits that the petitioner has been paid necessary compensation for use of his land to the extent of 11.60 square meters, since he was not ready to accept the T.D.R. He places on record a copy of the communicaion addressed to the petitioner by the Executive Engineer of P.W.D. Department of the Corporation dated 05-02-2024.
