1] Heard. It is submitted that petitioner has filed applications, seeking regularization of his encroachment. Learned AGP submits that If the said applications are pending, the authority shall take decision as per the policy.

2] In case the applications filed by the petitioner at Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "C" are still pending, the Collector shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and existing policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of 9 months. writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
