The petitioner is a Good Samaritan is seeking investigation into the alleged illegal land grabbing of the defence land. 3.

It transpires that during pendency of the petition F.I.R. 752/2022 has been registered with Kotwali Police Station Ahmednagar touching the same aspect.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that though the offence has been registered apparently it covers only three incidents when there are number of other similar instances about which the petitioner possesses special knowledge and information. He is ready to help the Investigating Officer in investigation by furnishing such information. 1/2

In view of the aforementioned state of affairs, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the Investigating Officer carrying out the investigation in F.I.R.
