Criminal Writ Petition No. 118 of 2015, came to be dismissed by this Court, by an order dated 22nd February, 2016, of which, modification is sought by the present application.

When called upon, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants is not in a position to demonstrate any provisions of law, which confers any right to applicants to move for modification of the order in Criminal Writ Petitions, which are already dismissed.

In my opinion, the attempt on the part of the applicants, is to mis-guide the Court.

In view there-of, the application is dismissed with costs of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within period of four weeks from today.
