This civil application is moved in disposed off writ petition by making the substantive prayers in clause 'B' and 'C', which read thus : - '

. By allowing the present Civil Application, extension of time may kindly be given to application no. 3 and 4 to vacate the premises property bearing House No. 14-144 & 14-145, Bearing P.R. Card No. 1381 & 1380 situated at Marwadi Galli, Hingoli, may kindly be granted.

. To direct the respondent No. 1 and 2 to use the Godown premises bearing property No. 13-153, P. R. No. 1410 situated at Marwadi Galli, Masani Peth, Hingoli for only business purpose on rent bases. SG Punde

Under the pretext of such prayers, it seems that the applicants have sought to review the order passed by this Court finally on 24.01.2022 by issuing certain directions in the petition. 3.

Such application is not tenable. Liberty to the applicants to withdraw the application and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Application stands disposed off.
