Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. With consent of learned counsel for both the sides, heard finally.

The applicants seek relief of quashing of F.I.R. No.0060 of 2019, registered with Bhagyanagar Police Station, Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 313, 498-A, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter was referred to the Mediator. The parties have settled the dispute before the Mediator. It is the report of Mediator that the settlement terms have been signed by both the sides showing that the informant wants to withdraw the allegations and she wants to return to her matrimonial house. The learned Advocate for the informant is present in the Court. He submits that he has no objection to withdraw the complaint. In view of nature of proceeding and

3 Cri Apln 1338/19 aforesaid circumstances, this Court holds that the relief sought by the applicants needs to be granted. In the result, we proceed to pass the following order :-

O R D E R

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "C".

Rule is made absolute in those terms.
