This matter was heard for some time. We were not inclined to entertain this application.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits on instructions that the applicants may be permitted to withdraw this application since they are exploring the possibility of all the parties coming together in view of filing of cross first information reports between them. 3.
In view of the above, this application is disposed off as withdrawn, simplicitor and not on the ground that the applicants desire to explore the possibility of a compromise. In the event, the applicants, who are the accused in the impugned first information report, arrive at a compromise with the accused in the other first
