IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO. 10747 OF 2017 NAVNATH JALINDAR RAKSHE

VERSUS

VIDYA NAVNATH RAKHSE ...

Advocate for the Petitioner : Ms.Kakade(Matkar) Savita Parmeshwar. ...

CORAM: RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

DATE :- 09th October, 2017.

Per Court:

The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 22.03.2017 by which the Trial Court has granted interim maintenance of Rs.1250/- per month to the Respondent/ wife.

It is strenuously submitted by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner/ husband that the Respondent is living in adultery. The divorce petition has been filed on that count. Certain letters and Compact Discs have been placed on record before the Trial Court to indicate that she was having affairs with three different persons.

My attention is drawn to the nine grounds formulated by the Petitioner in the memo of the petition.

It is obvious that an interlocutory order is under challenge. The interim maintenance of a paltry sum of Rs.1250/- per month is

As such, this Writ Petition being devoid of merit is, therefore, dismissed.

Nevertheless, the Petitioner would be at liberty to request the Trial Court for an expeditious hearing of the pending proceedings. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
