1) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A. G. P. for the respondents. The warrant on the basis of which the petitioners are placing reliance has not been found to be genuine. The Commission has also submitted the report holding that, the claim of the petitioners is not genuine. The learned A. G. P. states that, as the Commission has found the claim of the petitioners is not genuine and the source of the warrant is not disclosed, the claim of petitioners can not be considered.
2) In back drop of the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioners are not in a position to explain the source of warrant. The case of the petitioner cannot be considered. Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
