Heard Shri Shinde, the learned counsel holding for Shri Dhage for the applicants and Shri Dargad, the learned counsel holding for Shri Chapalgaonkar for the respondent-insurance company. 2.

Perused the impugned judgment and award as well as the grounds of objection raised in exception to the impugned judgment. In view of the submissions made and in view of the grounds of objection raised in exception to the impugned judgment, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw

922-CA-10282-2018 .odt (2) 40% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized bank, initially for a period of one year and if so required, for the further period till disposal of the appeal.

iii) The Civil Application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
