The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is employee. The proposal for approval is withheld because of non submission of validity certificate. The validation proceeding is pending with respondent No. 2 since the year 2019. The vigilance is completed. The petitioner has also filed reply to vigilance report.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 2 on 01/07/2021. Considering the fact that the vigilance is

( 2 ) wp6952.21.odt concluded and the petitioner has filed reply to the vigilance report, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by 10th September, 2021.

The petitioner may point out to the Committee that the validity is granted to the near relatives by this Court. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
