Perused the communication by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad to the President/Secretary of Shri Veershaiva Mandal Sanstha, Yermala, Tq. Kalamb, Dist. Osmanabad. In our opinion, the said order takes care of the grievance of the petitioner. Upon perusal of clause (9) of the said order, the Secretary, who represented the institution has agreed to accept the decision of the Education Officer. 3.

In that view of the matter, the relief claimed in this Petition deserves no consideration. The Petition stands disposed of. We make it clear that, disposal of the Petition would not come in the way of the parties to get the order passed by the Education Officer, implemented.
