The learned advocate for the petitioner has strenuously criticized the impugned order dated 01.03.2019 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik.

The learned AGP submits that the petitioner has a statutory remedy of preferring a second revision in view of the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the statutory remedy within six weeks from today. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 09.04.2019 until six weeks from today, shall be a good ground for condonation of delay, if any.
