Heard Mr.Munde, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.Swami, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.4 and 5. It appears that the grievance of the Petitioner regarding considering the earlier service rendered with the private institution is under consideration with the Respondents. Mr.Swami, learned counsel has placed the communication issued by the Education Officer (Primary) to him stating that the sanction is already taken for giving continuity in service to the Petitioner and only administrative order has remained to be passed. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Considering the above, the grievance of the Petitioner would not survive now.
