2] In these appeals preferred by the acquiring body, the claimants are seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by it in this Court.

3] After having heard both the sides and perusing record, particularly the impugned judgment and award, it would be appropriate to allow the claimants to withdraw 60% of the amount of compensation; 50% by furnishing usual undertaking and 10% by furnishing a bank guarantee in the same proportionate as directed in the award. The same be transmitted to the executing Court for disbursement.

4] Civil Applications are disposed of.
