Heard learned Counsel for both the applicants for some time.

The learned Counsel for the respective applicants, on instructions, seek leave to withdraw these applications. However, they submit that both the applicants are young

{2} ba73320.odt persons detained in jail in the present crime since long and as such necessary directions may be given to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case and in the event if the trial is not completed within the period, as directed by this Court, liberty may be given to both the applicants to fle an application for bail. Leave granted. Both the applications are disposed of as withdrawn.

The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the case expeditiously, preferably within a period of ten (10) months after the normal Court functioning begins; and in the event if the trial is not completed within the said period of ten (10) months after the normal Court functioning begins, both the applicants are at liberty to fle an application for bail.
