DATE : 23.07.2020 P.C. :- The learned advocate for the acquiring body Mr.Kale holding for Adv.Mr.Kaldate has circulated these matters seeking only some modification in the order dated 3/7/2020 whereby this Court had directed it to deposit the amount of compensation in the Court. However, the order directed it to deposit the amount of compensation on that day i.e. on the date on which the order was passed. He submits that the order was uploaded late and it could not deposit the cheques with the office on the same day. He further points out that the cheques are due to expire on 26/07/2020 and he may be permitted to deposit the cheques and the office may be directed to accept it by tomorrow. 2] The request can easily be accepted. Office to accept the cheques in both these matters by tomorrow i.e. 24/07/2020.
