Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent, heard both the sides for final disposal. 2.
In all three proceedings, the prisoners have filed applications for grant of furlough leave and it is contended that the respondent authority has not given any response to the applications and nothing is communicated about the applications. 3.
In view of the submissions, notice is given to learned APP and after that following order is made:-
ORDER
i) All three writ petitions are allowed to the extent of giving directions to the respondentsauthorities to take decision on their applications filed for furlough leave within one month from today.

iii) Copies to be sent to each prisoner.
iv) Rule is made absolute accordingly.
