By this civil application, the applicant seeks amendment to the writ petition in terms of the amendment annexed as Annexure A-1 to the civil application. During the pendency of the writ petition, the authority has proceeded with the show cause notice and passed order cancelling the tribe validity certificate granted in favour of the petitioner.

Since the writ petition is pending, we allow the civil application in terms of prayer clause (B). Amendment be carried out within one week from today. No order as to costs.
