Perused the written communication made by the District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule.

Heard Mr. Sangle, learned APP for respondent/State. On perusing the report submitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule, it is evident that the learned Trial Court has examined in all seven witnesses and the trial is in progress. The trial was interrupted due to Covid-19 pandemic and as such the Trial Court is seeking extension of four months time.

Having regard to the progress shown by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule, it is necessary to grant further extension. Hence, the following order is passed:

Four months time is hereby extended to dispose of Sessions Case No.84 of 2017.
