In view of submission, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Name of applicant No.2 Smt. Sitabai Shivaji Rawale be deleted from the array of appellants at the risk of the applicants, without prejudice to the right of the other side. Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of in above terms.
