Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP.

The petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for the reimbursement of the fifty percent fees. The petitioner is admitted in the private Medical College in a Government quota. The learned counsel submits that petitioner has made representations on 13.07.2018 and 02.03.2019 and the same are not yet decided.

As the representations were already made, we are not considering the merits of the matter. The respondent-

It appears that the representations have been given on 13.07.2018 and 02.03.2019 by e-mail. The petitioner may give fresh representation in that regard through e-mail and also submit a hard copy with annexures to the respondentauthority. The respondent-authority shall take decision upon it, on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within three months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
