1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] This civil application seeks restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.21184/2015, which suffered dismissal for non-removal of office objections.

3] For the reasons stated in the civil application, delay of 542 days is condoned.

CA 5468/17 in RC 1388/15 in WP (St) 21184/15 - 2 - 4] Having gone through the reasons for restoration of the writ petition, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non-removal of office objections within time.

5] In the circumstances, we restore the Writ Petition (St.) No.21184/2015 to its original number subject to the petitioner's paying costs of Rs.3,000/- to the Library of the High Court Bar Association at Aurangabad Bench. Only on submitting the deposit receipt, the petition be restored. Office objections be removed within three weeks from today.
