Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is making limited request viz. seeking directions against the respondent Institution to decide his representation to transfer him in the aided post as full timer. Mr. Patil, the learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that the respondents would take decision upon it on its own merits. 2.

In the light of above, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall take decision upon the representation of the petitioner (Exh.I page 35) on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within four months.
